Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the tour start date: 100% refund minus the deposit.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before the tour: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour: No refund.
- Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), rescheduling or partial refunds will be offered.
Changes to the Itinerary
- Flexibility Clause: The itinerary is subject to change based on weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events. Equivalent alternatives will be provided when possible.
- Participant-Requested Changes: Modifications requested by the traveler may incur additional costs and are subject to availability.

Cape Coast & Return to Accra Itinerary

- Depart from Accra to Cape Coast (approx. 2 hours).
8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
- Cape Coast Castle:
- Take a guided tour of this historic UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Visit the museum and explore the dungeons and the “Door of No Return.”
10:45 AM – 12:45 PM
- Elmina Castle:
