Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the tour start date: 100% refund minus the deposit.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before the tour: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour: No refund.
- Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), rescheduling or partial refunds will be offered.
Changes to the Itinerary
- Flexibility Clause: The itinerary is subject to change based on weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events. Equivalent alternatives will be provided when possible.
- Participant-Requested Changes: Modifications requested by the traveler may incur additional costs and are subject to availability.

Overview
2-Day Cape Coast Itinerary
Day 1: Depart Accra at 6 AM, visit Slave River Site (Assin Manso), then tour Elmina Castle and Cape Coast Castle. Check in at Oasis Beach Resort for an overnight stay.
Day 2: After breakfast, check out and visit Kakum National Park for the Canopy Walk. Return to Accra, arriving by afternoon.

Day 1: Accra to Cape Coast
- 6:00 AM – Depart from Accra
- 9:00 AM – Arrive at the Slave River Site (Assin Manso) – A historical site where enslaved Africans took their last bath before being sent to the coast.
- 11:00 AM – Head to Elmina Castle – One of the oldest European-built structures in sub-Saharan Africa, a key site in the transatlantic slave trade.
- 1:00 PM – Lunch break (optional)
- 2:00 PM – Visit Cape Coast Castle, another major historical landmark with a museum and emotional dungeons that tell the story of the slave trade.
- 4:30 PM – Head to Oasis Beach Resort for check-in and relaxation. Enjoy the beach and evening vibes.
Day 2: Kakum National Park & Return to Accra
- 7:30 AM – Breakfast at the hotel
- 8:30 AM – Check out and depart for Kakum National Park
- 9:00 AM – Experience the Canopy Walk, a thrilling adventure on a suspension bridge above the forest. You can also explore the nature trails and learn about the flora and fauna.
- 11:30 AM – Depart for Accra
