The price above is subject to change until an initial deposit of 20% (Per Person) is made to confirm booking. Deposits can be made via a bank, Western Union or best preferred, any mobile money transfer app. Payment details will be provided upon request. 

Booking and Payments

  1. Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit (e.g., 30-50% of the total cost) is required to secure the booking.
  2. Final Payment: Full payment must be made no later than 14 days before the start of the tour.
  3. Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations made 30+ days before the tour start date: 100% refund minus the deposit.
    • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the tour: 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour: No refund.
  2. Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), rescheduling or partial refunds will be offered.

Changes to the Itinerary

  1. Flexibility Clause: The itinerary is subject to change based on weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events. Equivalent alternatives will be provided when possible.
  2. Participant-Requested Changes: Modifications requested by the traveler may incur additional costs and are subject to availability.

Health and Safety

  1. Travel Insurance: Travelers must have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
  2. Vaccination Requirements: Proof of yellow fever vaccination is required for entry into Ghana. COVID-19 vaccination or testing policies may also apply based on regulations.
  3. Fitness Levels: Some activities (e.g., hiking, canopy walks) require moderate fitness levels. Travelers are responsible for assessing their capability.

Inclusions and Exclusions

  1. Inclusions: The tour price includes accommodation, transportation, guided tours, and entrance fees for listed activities. Meals may be partially or fully included, depending on the package.
  2. Exclusions: International flights, personal expenses, gratuities, and optional activities are not included.

  1. Cultural Sensitivity: Travelers are expected to respect local customs, traditions, and dress codes, especially at historical and religious sites.
  2. Group Cooperation: Punctuality and adherence to the group schedule are essential for smooth operations.

8-Day Ghana Heritage and Adventure Tour

DAY 1: Arrival in Accra
Welcome to Ghana! Upon arrival at Kotoka International Airport, you’ll be transferred to your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner where we’ll debrief the tour and get acquainted.


DAY 2: Explore Accra
Start your day with a vibrant city tour of Accra! Visit the Dr. Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, drive through the bustling Makola Market, and end with a visit to the iconic Black Star Square, the gateway to Ghana.


DAY 3: Discover Kumasi – The Heart of Ashanti Culture
After breakfast or brunch, depart for Kumasi, the cultural hub of Ghana. Visit the Manhyia Palace Museum, the Okomfo Anokye Sword Site, and a Kente weaving site to learn the art of making Ghana’s famous Kente cloth. Immerse yourself in the history and traditions of the Ashanti Kingdom.


DAYS 4-5: Ancestral History Tour in Cape Coast & Elmina
Dressed in all white, depart after breakfast for the Central Region.

  • Day 4: Stop at the Assin Manso Slave River, a significant site in the transatlantic slave trade, before heading to Elmina. Explore the Elmina Castle, the oldest European structure in Sub-Saharan Africa, and its harrowing slave dungeons.
  • Day 5: Spend a reflective day at Cape Coast Castle, another pivotal historical site.

DAY 6: Boat Cruise on the Volta River
Travel to Akosombo to experience the picturesque Adomi Bridge and enjoy a relaxing boat cruise on the serene Volta River. Return to Accra in the evening.


DAY 7: Relax & Celebrate
Take it easy on your final day. Enjoy some time packing and relaxing at the beach. In the evening, celebrate with a special farewell dinner to close out your Ghanaian adventure.


DAY 8: Departure
After breakfast, enjoy a final lunch before your airport drop-off. Safe travels as you head back home with cherished memories of Ghana!
