Booking and Payments
- Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit (e.g., 30-50% of the total cost) is required to secure the booking.
- Final Payment: Full payment must be made no later than 14 days before the start of the tour.
- Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the tour start date: 100% refund minus the deposit.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before the tour: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour: No refund.
- Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), rescheduling or partial refunds will be offered.
Changes to the Itinerary

DAY 1: Arrival in Accra
Welcome to Ghana! Upon arrival at Kotoka International Airport, you’ll be transferred to your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner where we’ll debrief the tour and get acquainted.
DAY 2: Explore Accra
Start your day with a vibrant city tour of Accra! Visit the Dr. Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, drive through the bustling Makola Market, and end with a visit to the iconic Black Star Square, the gateway to Ghana.
DAY 3: Discover Kumasi – The Heart of Ashanti Culture
After breakfast or brunch, depart for Kumasi, the cultural hub of Ghana. Visit the Manhyia Palace Museum, the Okomfo Anokye Sword Site, and a Kente weaving site to learn the art of making Ghana’s famous Kente cloth. Immerse yourself in the history and traditions of the Ashanti Kingdom.
