Booking and Payments
- Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit (e.g., 30-50% of the total cost) is required to secure the booking.
- Final Payment: Full payment must be made no later than 14 days before the start of the tour.
- Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the tour start date: 100% refund minus the deposit.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before the tour: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour: No refund.
- Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), rescheduling or partial refunds will be offered.
Changes to the Itinerary
- Flexibility Clause: The itinerary is subject to change based on weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events. Equivalent alternatives will be provided when possible.
- Participant-Requested Changes: Modifications requested by the traveler may incur additional costs and are subject to availability.

10-Day Ghana Cultural and Heritage Tour
DAY 1: Arrival in Accra
You will receive a warm welcome upon arrival at Kotoka International Airport and be transferred to your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner where we’ll debrief the tour and outline the exciting days ahead.
DAY 2: Tour Accra
Start the day exploring Accra, Ghana’s vibrant capital. Visit the bustling Makola Market, known for its vibrant atmosphere and wide array of goods. Conclude with a stop at the iconic Black Star Square, a symbol of Ghana’s independence. Later, head to a local salon for a hair-braiding experience.
DAY 3: Travel to Kumasi
After breakfast, depart for Kumasi. Along the way, stop at a seamstress to be measured for your customized Ghanaian outfit. Once in Kumasi, visit the Manhyia Palace Museum to learn about the rich history of the Ashanti Empire.
DAY 4: Cultural Immersion in Kumasi
Drive through Kumasi and head to a Kente weaving site to learn the intricate process of creating Ghana’s famous Kente cloth. A traditional naming ceremony can also be arranged on this day, offering a deeply cultural experience.
DAY 5: Ancestral History Tour in Cape Coast
Dress in all white for a reflective journey to Cape Coast in the Central Region. Visit the Assin Manso Slave River, an important historical site, and continue to Elmina Castle, the first European structure built in Sub-Saharan Africa. Learn about the harrowing history of the slave trade.
DAY 6: Kakum National Park and Return to Accra
Start the day with a trip to Kakum National Park. Walk through Ghana’s tropical rainforest and experience the famous Canopy Walkway, which offers breathtaking views of the forest below. Afterward, stop at a local beach for refreshments before returning to Accra.
