Booking and Payments

- Final Payment: Full payment must be made no later than 14 days before the start of the tour.

Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the tour start date: 100% refund minus the deposit.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before the tour: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour: No refund.
- Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), rescheduling or partial refunds will be offered.
Changes to the Itinerary

10-Day Ghana Cultural and Heritage Tour
DAY 1: Arrival in Accra
You will receive a warm welcome upon arrival at Kotoka International Airport and be transferred to your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner where we’ll debrief the tour and outline the exciting days ahead.
DAY 2: Tour Accra
Start the day exploring Accra, Ghana’s vibrant capital. Visit the bustling Makola Market, known for its vibrant atmosphere and wide array of goods. Conclude with a stop at the iconic Black Star Square, a symbol of Ghana’s independence. Later, head to a local salon for a hair-braiding experience.
DAY 3: Travel to Kumasi
After breakfast, depart for Kumasi. Along the way, stop at a seamstress to be measured for your customized Ghanaian outfit. Once in Kumasi, visit the Manhyia Palace Museum to learn about the rich history of the Ashanti Empire.
DAY 4: Cultural Immersion in Kumasi
